URC Spirituality are hosting an on-line event via Zoom called ‘Carolling Advent’ from 4th – 8th December, at 7.30 – 9pm. The event is FREE!
Each evening a member of the Spirituality committee, having chosen an advent carol, will explain their choice, play that carol and pray the words, as follows:
Monday 4th – Revd Kathryn Price (The Cherry Tree carol)
Tuesday 5th – Mark Argent (Personent Hodie)
Wednesday 6th – Ann Barton (Star Child)
Thursday 7th – Dr Lesley Thomson (The angel Gabriel from heaven came)
Friday 8th – Revd Helen Garton (Born in the night)
There will be time built in for personal prayer and quiet time.
Please contact Ann Barton in the first instance and she will generate the Zoom link a little closer to the first date. The link will be recurring, so you will be able to use it for each evening.
