Christian Aid month was busy at Llanfair with Sunday worship, worship on Mondays with the classes of children from Penrhys Primary School, prize Bingo, a sponsored step challenge and making delicious smoothies with our teenage girls to sell in the Café.
A group of 12 children were involved in an Intensive three-day workshop as part of our ‘Above & Beyond’ Arts project with our lead artists, Sandra and Kyle, during Easter Week, culminating in a brilliant performance at Soar Chapel Centre in Penygraig. A few weeks later, the children performed in front of their families in the chapel at Llanfair, which was a great success.
