18th of May saw a first for our Chapel. A family and pet service saw 28 people, 5 dogs 3 chicks and a cuddly hamster, plus a great many stuffed toys including a giant Whale.
Led by Rev Chris Coe and Sally Tolson we had a great celebration of family. Children ranging from 3 years to 80 years joined together in an atmosphere of celebration to give thanks to God for families. We concluded with an origami challenge making a cross to reflect on Christ, the centre of family life.
